Zarjaz 29 & 30, back in stock!

In a shock reversal of the usual news, I’m here today to say that two recent issues of Zarjaz have come back into print!

Zarjaz 29 and 30 are both from 2017 and have been out of print for a little while. However, at the Lawless gig the other week I was asked by several customers when they would be able to pick up copies.

Needless to say I’m not one to miss out on the chance to satisfy my customers!

Buy both these issues and all the other issues of Zarjaz here!

No cheeky crowdfunding requests – these are all printed and waiting for you to order them.

Zarjaz & Dogbreath Need YOU!

Hey there Squaxx- for years we at FQP have been bringing you the very finest small press talent we can find in the pages of Zarjaz & Dogbreath, but of late we’ve had fewer and fewer scripts to commission.

If this carries on then the next issues of both books could be the last.

So if you feel like you have what it takes to tell a Judge Dredd story, or want to chronicle a case for a Strontium Dog then drop us a line at either or

Zarjaz and Dogbreath are small press comics devoted to the worlds of 2000AD – both titles are not-for profit and exist purely due to the grace of TMO.

Stories should ideally be self contained and run 4 – 6 pages.

Script Submissions closing this week-Reminder!

This is just a reminder to all those out there interested that the script submission window for FutureQuake and Something Wicked will close at midnight on March 31st.

Any scripts received for FutureQuake or Something Wicked after that point will be returned unread and the email deleted from my service.

Script submissions for both Zarjaz and Dogbreath are still open and actively welcomed (if you’ve ever fancied trying your hand at a Judge Dredd script, now your chance- we’ve not got any) as both of those titles have a quick turnover of strips.

For info- as of time of writing there are currently 46 scripts in the pile and another 17 are currently being discussed and/or worked on with the writers. 11 scripts have been accepted and 17 have been rejected.
